Billawas Dubai and Northern Emirates organized a scholarship distribution program, today 22nd August, 2010 at 10 a.m., at Adhyaksha Koragappa Memorial Hall, Kudroli, Mangalore.
The program began with a welcome dance by the students of the Gana Nratya Academy, Mangalore. Mr. Mohan Attavar, President of Billawas Dubai & NE escorted all the guests to the dais. Mr. Praveen Kumar Attavar welcomed the guest and the gathering, and a floral welcome was given to all the dignitaries on the dais.
Mr. Jetendra Suvarna read out the activities of Billawas Dubai & NE to the gathering. He said that Billawas Dubai and Northern Emirates always wants to see their community children excel in education and build a better society. “Some students are very good in studies but poverty has made them to drop their education. Billawas’ only aim is to make every Billawa student an educated one.”
