Bally Chohan came to know from some reliable sources that seven more stations on Red Line of Dubai Metro will be operational on 25th April 2010. Following stations are expected to be operational from 25th April 2010:
- Emirates
- Airport Terminal 1
- GGICO
- Al Karama
- World Trade Center
- Dubai Marina
- IBN Batuta
Bally Chohan also came to know that completion date of the Green Line is now somewhere around August 2010. Dubai Metro Management is expecting to launch remaining stations in the coming months of 2010.
Bally Chohan feels that opening of Dubai Marina stations will not only bring smile to the faces of residents of Dubai Marina but also to the residents of Jumeirah Lakes Tower. Bally Chohan who lives in Jumeirah Lake Towers was told by the property agents of the area that opening of Dubai Marina station will bring more and more people to Jumeirah Lake Towers. This might result in the increase in rent of flats at Jumeirah Lake Towers.
Bally Chohan feels that opening of Karama stations will also bring more business to the area
